Description
The SCB60 is a 60" wide, SCB Series gas countertop charbroiler from Wolf with eleven 14,500 BTU cast iron burners with standing pilots and cast iron radiants. This countertop charbroiler comes with 5-1/4" wide sloped cast iron grates that are reversible for "level" broiling or self-cleaning. Each burner operates with an infinite heat control valve.
The sides, control panel, backsplash, top trim and grease trough on this charbroiler are all stainless steel for easy clean-up, and it stands on adjustable 4" legs.
The SCB60 operates at 159,500 BTU using Liquid Propane, and has a 3/4" rear gas connection with a pressure regulator.
