  • Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, you can expect your items to arrive within 2-5 business days.

Please Note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, product availability, and carrier schedules.
  • Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer, which could affect delivery timelines.
  • Deliveries may be delayed by an additional day during holidays. Our observed holidays include Christmas, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.

  • Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.
  • Service Area: We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.
  • Important Restriction: We are currently unable to ship to Hawaii (HI) and Alaska (AK). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery Address & Contact Information

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide accurate information at checkout:

  • Correct Address: Double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct. Deliveries to businesses operating from a residence will be classified and handled as residential deliveries.
  • Accurate Phone Number: A valid phone number is crucial. Our shipping carriers often call ahead to schedule and confirm your delivery appointment. If they cannot reach you, your delivery may be delayed.

  • We automatically select the best carrier and nearest warehouse to ship your order efficiently.
  • We do not support requests for a specific shipping company.
  • In certain cases, we may use Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Multiple Shipments

To get items to you faster, we may ship them as they become available. This means you might receive your order in multiple packages, but you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

Inspection & Receiving Your Order

It is critical to inspect your delivery for any damage BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. By signing, you are legally accepting ownership of the items in their delivered condition.

If you see any damage (or suspect any damage):

  1. Note it on the Delivery Receipt: Clearly write "Damaged," "Missing Items," or a specific description of the issue on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
  2. Keep Your Copy: Retain your copy of the annotated delivery receipt.
  3. Take Photos: Immediately take clear pictures of the damaged items and all packaging materials.
  4. Keep All Packaging: Do not discard any boxes or packing materials, as the carrier will need them for inspection.
  5. Contact Us Immediately: Report the issue to WebKitchenStore within 1-3 business days.

Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt will significantly limit our ability to process a claim or provide compensation. If you sign for the delivery without any notes, you are confirming that it was received in perfect condition.

Lost Shipments

In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, we will work directly with the carrier to locate it. This process typically takes 3-5 business days. If the shipment is found, we will re-route it to you. If it is confirmed lost, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, such as a replacement or a refund.
