1. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment: We accept order cancellations for a full refund at any time before the product has been shipped.
• After Shipment: If the product has already left our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled. You will need to follow our standard return process after the item arrives.

2. 15-Day Return Policy

You can return most items for a refund within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unassembled condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

• Clearance or warehouse sale items
• Gift cards / Promotional certificates
• Custom-built or personalized products
• Items already assembled or installed
• Products marked Non-Returnable on page
• Bundled items (unless whole bundle returned)

3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

• Customer Remorse Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong size/model, you (the buyer) are responsible for arranging and paying for the return freight/shipping charges.
• Restocking Fees: We believe in transparent pricing. We do not charge any hidden fees or restocking fees ($0 Restocking Fee) as long as the item is returned in its perfect original packaging.
• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged during transit or has functional defects, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs, arrange a carrier pickup, or provide a reasonable discount. Please contact us immediately with photos or videos.

Important Note: Please contact our support team to get an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any items back to the warehouses.

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund back to your original payment method. The refund will be initiated within 24 hours of inspection. Funds typically appear in your account within 1 to 3 business days depending on your banking institution.
