The C72SS-8B24GT is a gas-powered open burner and griddle top range produced by Wolf. This range is outfitted with 8 cast iron open top burners and a 24-inch steel griddle top allow the user to cook large and diverse quantities of food. The C72SS-8B24GT is equipped with 2 standard baker's ovens to maximize the range's usable baking space. This unit is built with a fully MIG-welded aluminum frame that increases the range's structural rigidity and maximum top load capacity. The C72SS-8B24GT is finished stainless steel that offers the unit superior damage and corrosion protection.
