The C36RB is a 36" wide, gas salamander broiler from Wolf with 6 cast iron 8,300 BTU burners (50,000 BTU total) with dual controls. There is a heavy duty chrome plated broiling grid and a removable full width spillage pan on this gas salamander broiler.
The front, top and sides on this gas salamander broiler are all stainless steel for easy clean-up.
The C36RB gas salamander broiler operates on either Natural Gas or Liquid Propane and has a 3/4" top gas connection and gas pressure regulator.
