This Winco NGGD-48M Spectrum Gas Countertop Griddle is a commercial griddle that comes equipped with infinite heat controls and a standing pilot light. It has a polished steel cook plate and 5-inch deep front plate rail that is cool to the touch. The NGGD-48M Spectrum griddle comes powered by Natural Gas standard but includes an LP conversion kit. The grease drawer contains a weep hole and baffle. The double-body wall is insulated with stainless steel. There are (4) 30,000 BTU burners, for a total of 120,000 BTUs. This commercial gas griddle is CSA Sanitation, CSA Blue Flame, and CSA Design Certified).
