The Vulcan ECO2D 240 Volt 3 Phase Single Deck Half Size Electric Convection Oven with Solid State Controls is designed to ensure that cookies and bread are done evenly and to perfection. With stainless steel used for its front, top, and sides, you can trust that this single-deck oven will be able to last for years of repeated use. The unit is heated by enclosed tubular heatingelements rated at 5.5 kW, as well as temperature controls that are adjustable from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The matching durable stainless steel door operates independently and boasts a double-paned window that is sure to keep the heat within the oven cabinet.
There are 9 position rack guides that let you come up with whatever configuration would work best at any given point in time. The oven also includes 5 oven racks measuring 14-3⁄8" x 20-7⁄8".
