This refrigerator features a "Low-E" double pane thermal insulated glass sides and door assemblies plus foamed-in-place "Ecomate" high density polyurethane insulation to ensure maximum energy efficiency without sacrificing product visibility. The interior of the cabinet is made of an NSF approved aluminum with a stainless steel floor. Also, this glass door merchandising refrigerator utilizes the environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant; a refrigeration system powered by a 1/3 hp bottom mounted compressor to maintain food-safe cabinet temperatures between 33°F - 38°F. Another thing, you'll find that this unit comes with 4 adjustable heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves ensure maximum merchandising versatility, and the lighted front sign panel and front cabinet lighting system combine to present your delectable dessert creations in the best possible light.
