Sealed well No spillage pans required for sealed well steam table, allowing customer directly add water to the well. Built-in water drain make it easy for cleaning after service.(Sealed well is not suitable for dry heat holding) 
Enclose Base with Sliding Door Perfect storage space for the steam table with enclosed base, sliding door with recessed handle allows for easy to access. 
Independent Heat Controls Each steam table compartment features its own thermostat so you have the freedom to heat different foods to different temperatures, or not at all, with or without water. 
8” Deep Poly Cutting Board Included All Prepline steam tables include an 8” deep by 1/2" thick high quality poly cutting board for cutting, chopping, and preparing foods.
