Enclose Base with Sliding Door Perfect storage space for the steam table with enclosed base, sliding door with recessed handle allows for easy to access. 
Independent Heat Controls Each steam table compartment features its own thermostat so you have the freedom to heat different foods to different temperatures, or not at all, with or without water. 
8” Deep Poly Cutting Board Included All Prepline steam tables include an 8” deep by 1/2" thick high quality poly cutting board for cutting, chopping, and preparing foods.

With 3,500 BTU jet burners per well, your food will stay hot for as long as you need and with configurations for up to 5 wells, you can serve as many or as few options as you'd like. Independent controls allow you to control the temperature of each well as needed. An 8” cutting board is included. Installed casters are available options.
